RETURN POLICY

If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase please email us to return for your money back or store credit.  We are happy to accept your return within 30 days of purchase date.

*All returns must be in original condition, unused, wrapped in original packaging, with tags still on, in sellable condition.

*All returns must be post dated within 30 days of purchase date.

**PLEASE NOTE- Coco’s Trading Post vendors ship direct to you.  You must return your product to the vendor directly.  If you are returning multiple items to multiple vendors you will be shipping more that one box to the appropriate vendor.

How to return your order.

1. Email us at info@cocostradingpost.com State your order number and which item(s) you would like to return.
2. We will issue you a return# to refer to. Once provided with a return#. We recommend shipping via USPS First Class or Priority. Please mail your return to the following address:

3. Once received your return will be processed within 3-5 business days.

4.  All returns must be in resale condition, with labels still attached.  Please pack items well and keep tracking information for return shipments.  CTP is not responsible for damaged items or lost packages.
