IF YOU ARE AT ALL UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE WE ARE HAPPY TO ACCEPT YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF PURCHASE DATE FOR STORE CREDIT.
*STORE CREDIT AND EXCHANGES ONLY--WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS
*All returns must be in original condition, unused, wrapped in original packaging, with tags still on, in sellable condition.
*All returns must be post dated within 2 weeks of purchase date.
* All sales final on and jewelry, clothing, hats, art, books, ukuleles, body products & snorkel gear.
* All SALE items are FINAL SALE.
*Proof of receipt/gift recipe is needed to process store credit/exchange.
STATEMENT
Once items are off the premises, Coco's Trading Post are no longer responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen merchandise. We ship using USPS & any damages due to shipping can be claimed through the USPS online system.
Large Items: Only sold in store. If a large item order is placed online we can either quote shipping for you at an additional cost to you and take your payment over the phone. Or refund you for the cost of the item. Any orders not able to fit in our largest 12 x 12 x 6 box will not be available for online purchase.
On a case to case basis we can quote a freight rate for you on larger items. Please contact us to inquire.
Coco's Trading Post now offers Furniture Delivery at a fee.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

State your name, date of order and which item(s) you would like to return.

3. Once returned items are received your credit will be processed within 3-5 business days.
